People trust complete strangers every single day… taxi drivers, pilots, chefs, mechanics, bankers — the list goes on. And the craziest part? Every one of those industries has horror stories… yet people STILL use them without question.

But when it comes to booking a holiday with a travel agent?
Suddenly everyone’s terrified.
And honestly… I get why.

The biggest fear I’ve ever heard was from someone who told me about a “travel saving fund” years ago — a company that looked legit, took monthly payments, promised a pot at the end of the year, and when families finally went to book their holiday… the company didn’t even exist.
Their money was gone.
People were devastated.

And yes — there HAVE been scams like that.
I’m not pretending the industry has a perfect past.
But here’s the thing…

There are bad people in EVERY profession.
There are taxi drivers who take people to the wrong place on purpose, yet you still book taxis.
There are chefs who’ve reacted badly to food being sent back… and you still eat at restaurants.
There are hackers robbing online banks… and everyone still uses online banking instead of going back to cash.

But when ONE travel company does something wrong, suddenly every single agent becomes “untrustworthy”.

We are NOT all the same.
