Surrey 3 Peaks! A wonderful day leading for Mind Over Mountains on a Dertours S3P challenge raising funds for M.O.M
Clear bright day to start and a 45 minute absolute downpour right at the end. Proving why we always pack waterproofs!!
An absolute brilliant team with smiles and laughter right up until the end.

The Highlands don’t care about the itinerary 😂 so when the weather decided to change last minute, si did we! We switched things around and made Loch Ness our first full day.

We started with a bracing dip at Dores Beach 🥶🌊, then headed to Falls of Foyers for a walk down to the waterfall, with coffee and cake very much required afterwards.

Then it was lunch in Fort Augustus before heading to the incredible Urquhart Castle, with a few Highland cattle making an appearance along the way. 🐮

Back to our base for spaghetti bolognese, plenty of chats and giggles.

We have a plan, but we don't stay rigid when the weather says otherwise. We adapt, we make the most of the conditions and we keep the adventure going. 🥾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Autumn 🍂 .... Fall, PSL season....call ot what you will! ITS HERE, and its my favourite time of the year!

The outdoors is magical in autumn and its not just the beautiful colour changes, its all the senses. From crunchy leaves underfoot to the touch of a mushroom to the smell of pine needles. And if you like photography its a dream too. The lighting and colours make for some amazing nature shots.

With the extra heat gone now is the perfect time to get dome fresh air and explore outdoors. Come join our autumn walks...

This week I led a corporate walk through London (from their office in Spitalfields to Battersea) for a team wanting to connect outside of the office and implement some mindfulness along the way.

Once on the quieter sections of The Thames Path there were some great conversations and most importantly not a phone in sight and no office chat!

They treated themselves to ice cream and coffee along the way so definitely got into the spirit of not being in the office!

A lovely group and a well deserved 🍸 for them at the end. Wonderful to work with well being lead Dave too.

A wonderful day in Surrey raising over £10,000 for Mind Over Mountains
An excellent route with very varied scenery and thr Autumnal colours starting to pop through.

A few sore feet along the way which earnt me the title of foot fairy which turned to foot witch throughout the day 😆, but with everyone patched amd taped up all weary feet made it to the finish line!
