Our 1st property, a 2 bed 2 bathroom family apartment in a converted school house dating from 1841 in the picturesque town of Rothbury within the stunning Coquet valley.

Now that the summer is becoming a distant memory and the nights are drawing in we are starting to think about Christmas and have opened up the calendar for bookings over the festive period.
If you fancy Christmas away from home or to enjoy a new year in the friendly Rothbury atmosphere drop us a line and we’ll get you booked in.

Following the governments long awaited roadmap out of COVID restrictions. We have some unexpected availability from April 12th to the beginning of May.
Monday 12th April to Saturday 17th
17th -24th April
24th -31st April

As such we will be offering special rates for both apartments in Rothbury for these three periods drop us an email if you want to reserve the dates and get more details of rates.

After a somewhat turbulent few months for the holiday industry and with the brilliant work of the NHS we are feeling brave enough to start taking bookings for this summer and beyond.
We are open for bookings from May onwards with the promise that if lockdown restrictions are still in place at the time of your booking no money will be expected as your holiday would not be able to happen.

We offer two apartments in the same listed building the old school house overlooking the river coquette both two bedroom one sleeps 4 - 6 people ideal for families.
The other sleeps 3 and is targeted more towards couples.

We have done all we can to be COVID safe check in is contact free and cleaning is carried out to a rigourous standard between customers. Hand sanitizer and liquid soaps are provided in the apartments in case you’ve forgotten yours.
