Selected participants will be provided an accelerated opportunity to broaden their technical background through robust assignments within our Design Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Test Lab departments in our Nottingham facility, these assignments will also include international travel. A 2 year rotation program, comprised of 1 month induction and on boarding scheme followed by 2 x 9 month assignments, and finally an in depth assignment in a chosen technical area. The Engineering Rotation Program is designed to develop a broad awareness of technical opportunities within the organization, while assisting new Engineers with the opportunity to create individual career paths. Qualifications:
Participants must have obtained an engineering degree (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred) by June 2014 (program will kick off in June/July 2014). Ideal candidate will have proven mechanical aptitude, coupled with strong learning agility, leadership & communication skills. Flexibility and the ability to apply learned skills in new technical situations are critical to success within the rotation program.
