🚂✨ A magical day at Thomas the Tank Engine Statfold Country Park!✨🚂

We had the BEST day at Statfold Barn Railway for their Thomas event 💙

We were greeted straight away by Sir Topham Hatt, Rusty & Dusty who walked us right through to our 9am Thomas train ride 🚆 (such a lovely touch – we were the only families there for the early slot thanks to the clocks changing, so it felt extra special!)

We met Terence, Percy & James and enjoyed not just one, but TWO train rides – one on Thomas and another on Percy, both on different tracks which made it even more exciting! 🎉

There was SO much to do…

🚂 Thomas Track Play room
🎠 Swing carousel
🎶 Music station
🎨 Face painting
…and so much more!

One of our highlights was the AMAZING show by Rusty & Dusty – they even picked our daughters to go up on stage and be part of the band 🥹🎤

Bertie was outside offering bus rides around the site, plus there’s an outdoor play area & mini golf ⛳

We also loved that the railway museum, restaurant & bar were all open too 🍴

✨ Everything was included in the price and it easily filled a whole day – such great value and so well organised!

We honestly had such a lovely family day and would 100% recommend 💙

We had a fabulous day with Thomas and Friends at Statfold Country Park! 🚂 Top Tip: Get there for opening time and you’ll be greeted by Sir Topham Hatt, Dusty and Rusty! We will definitely be back in the summer for more Thomas fun!

To say thank you for the £32 million raised for Good Causes every week by players, National Lottery funded venues are offering FREE entry, discounts and special offers throughout National Lottery Open Week.

Lots going on across the entire country and the list of attractions and what is needed to gain free access is on the National Lottery Website! See the link in the comments.

All attractions are slightly different but generally you just need to bring your National Lottery ticket, Scratchcard, or Instant Win Game to enjoy free entry at any participating attraction.

We used this one year when we visited Cornwall and gained two FREE adult entries to the Eden Project (we both had a ticket on our lottery app) and it was very straightforward!
