I had the pleasure of this conversation with my very own family yesterday.

My own niece had the temerity to suggest a triangular bowl. 🤦🏼‍♀️No one seemed to get it.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING HEATHROW CLOSURE

A major power outage at Heathrow airport is disrupting all inbound and outbound flights which means all flights will be cancelled today, with further delays expected over the coming days.

Our thoughts are with those effected by this unprecedented outage of one of the worlds busiest airports.

We have been in contact with all our effected customers and dealing with getting them on holiday as soon as possible. This is when we come into our own at sorting these issues out.

Any other people who need advice about travel in the coming days or have any urgent questions we are more than happy to try and help so give us a call.

If you are travelling then our advice is to make sure you are checking the companies/airline website for up to date information. If using a travel agent then they should be in contact with you to make arrangements for further travel and get you on that long awaited holiday.

Sometimes you get somewhere and it’s just not your vibe.

We get that which is why we get to know you and try and find exactly what you are looking for so we can match your holiday with your personality.

I won’t lie, our last holiday holiday was not one of our finest ones. The hotel was gorgeous. We had done our home work but we were somewhat mislead shall we say on the night life. Despite me being a sober sleepy girl, I still like to go out and party of an evening.

So rest assured if your holiday isn’t just so, we will make it just so. But because we will have curated it with you in mind, you needn’t worry!

Ahhh the joys of owning 7 beautiful beautiful cats. It really is like watching a pride of lions in the wild. I know it’s not a boy cat who has violated my sanctuary. And I know which ones of my girl cats are just gobby. Yes it’s down to two of them. Void or Astro and their murder mittens.

What do you do with your pets when you go away? Doggo usually goes to kennels but family usually stay to look after the moglins. Have you tried a pet sitter before? What do you recommend? I’m very interested as even a weekend away proves an issue but I’d go without holidays forever for my furry lot.

Ooh sorry. Fact of the day for you. There’s 54 countries in the African continent and only 50 states in USA. Currently. You’re welcome.

Another piece of important info. I’ve got some really big news which is why I’m coming up with these useless bits of info for you all but I can’t tell you all.
But I’m very nervous and excited and I can’t wait to share it with you all.

Also. Did you know the country with the biggest amount of Spanish speakers is Mexico? No? Now you do!

Luckily this prep for my very exciting but big universe secret news is proving very helpful for facts I didn’t know about other countries so now my brain is full of even more facts and I can offer even more advice for a package or a tailor made holiday. 2 birds. One stone and all that!!

And that’s why I like to book my own holidays too. That and because I’m pretty good at pairing holidays with people.

You look at some people and think, nah, they ain’t going to be hikers. But stick them on a hiking holiday and they love it. It’s a skill. I don’t have a name for the skill but it’s a skill and one I’m proud of. I’d be even more proud of it if I could just think of a name for it.
