The worth of using a travel consultant who only uses reputable suppliers for booking your trips….

A customer, who travelled to Orlando last week, had a couple of issues that needed attention.

She emailed me at 7pm last night, by 7.30pm( and when I was leaving to go to a party) the customer had been contacted and maintenance guys were on their way. When I arrived at the party I had an email to say that everything had been sorted!

Not sure that would happen booking with a travel agent chain or online travel site….🤔
