Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads, father figures, and the brilliant blokes who always seemed to have it sorted. Whether he was the one with the plan, the one who packed the boot to the brim, the one who arrived first and left last, or the one who somehow became the unofficial host, he was part organiser, part entertainer, and fully unforgettable.

Maybe your dad was the classic British holiday type, socks and sandals, weather commentary at the ready, “we’re not stopping again” on repeat, or the one who could turn any family outing into a bit of an event. Or maybe he was the joker, the storyteller, the mate to everyone in the room, and the person who made the memories feel bigger than the moment itself.
