A massive 13,599 steps today. Thanks to a walk around a school and a little walk round camp with the boys tonight.

Went to climb into bed tonight and realised I was short 200 steps. So a quick run around the house and up and down the stairs and I've hit 10,100.

Now time for sleep.

Not as many as yesterday, as I was back at work today.

But walking around in circles at the football pitch during Jamie's training tonight seems to have helped a bit.

Went to see the other night in Aylesbury.

Wow what a show, stories, dancing, and singing. What a great night.

I love Anton and the show was brilliant. Made me miss singing...
