These mid year mini conferences taking place across the UK are such a great way to catch up with fellow Travel Counsellors & HQ colleagues, hear what’s new from directors and get a glimpse of the exciting enhancements coming.

The focus was all about how we can harness the power of AI and our digital tools, to blend this clever tech to elevate the service and support that our team provide, making things more efficient behind the scenes while still keeping that human connection front and centre that we are known and loved for.
