Two identical, semi-detached self catering cottages, each sleeping up to 4 people, children over 5, sorry no pets. Parking and WiFi. Sorry no pets. Non-smoking.

A number of places to eat out close by. Bus stops and Lelant train station within walking distance. Hayle Estuary within 1 mile – popular with birdwatchers. Personally supervised, with an emphasis on cleanliness and comfort. We accommodate children over 5. Prices from £400to £700 - bookings are available from Easter to November.

We have a lot of regular guests, but it’s always lovely to welcome new visitors to our cottages and it’s great to hear that they enjoyed their stay with us. Sharing some feedback we’ve had over the last week or two.

We still have the week commencing Friday 13th June available in Grooms Cottage as well as some short break options in mid July.

Such a lovely day…we took the day off to make the most of the sunshine and enjoyed a lovely walk from St Buryan to Penberth. It had a bit of everything…fields of red clover, bluebell woods and stunning coastal views 💙 We took a packed lunch and found a fabulous cliff top spot to sit and eat it looking out to sea 💙

We followed the walk via the app which we use a lot and never lets us down 👍🏻

We’ve had a cancellation for next weekend, which means we now have BOTH our cottages available from Thursday 1st May! The forecast ahead is looking good ☀️☀️☀️ so a great opportunity for a last minute getaway away with short break options available.

Our Story

Trevethoe Farm Cottages offer 2 semi-detached granite properties, each sleeping up to 4 people. ‘Horseshoe’ and ‘Grooms’ both provide 1 double bedroom, and 2 single bedrooms with all bed linen provided. WiFi included. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. Separate dining area and comfortable lounge with leather sofas, TV and DVD. Downstairs bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Parking area adjacent to the properties. Large gardens with outside seating. The cottages are situated within 300 acres of farmland just 3 miles from St Ives town, yet only a 5 minute drive to the main A30 and within easy reach of local amenities. A number of places to eat out close by. Bus stops and Lelant train station and local pubs within walking distance. Nearest beaches, shops and supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away.
