Unfortunately, we have been informed that Llandudno’s Christmas Extravaganza has been cancelled this year.
We would, however, like to offer passengers the option of still joining us for a day trip to Llandudno on the same date. This would give you the opportunity to enjoy a day in the town, with time to explore the shops, seafront, cafés and everything Llandudno has to offer at your own leisure.
The trip will only go ahead if we have sufficient numbers. If you would like to still travel with us, your existing booking can be transferred to the Llandudno day trip.
Alternatively, if you would prefer not to travel following the cancellation of the event, a full refund of your booking will be available.
Please let us know whether you would like to transfer your booking to the Llandudno day trip or receive a full refund. If choosing the Llandudno trip, your booking will remain secured subject to sufficient numbers for the trip to operate.
We sincerely apologise for the change of plans, which is unfortunately outside of our control, and appreciate your understanding. We hope we can still provide you with an enjoyable day out in Llandudno. 🚌

It is with great disappointment that we are informing everyone that we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Llandudno Christmas Extravaganza.
Unfortunately, over recent weeks we have experienced a significant number of stall holder cancellations, alongside delays and outstanding payments from a number of confirmed traders. This has left us in a position where we can no longer confidently meet the substantial costs involved in delivering the event to the standard expected.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we have to ensure that the event is financially viable and that the necessary funds are in place to cover essential costs such as infrastructure, entertainment, security, licensing and other operational requirements. Despite our efforts to continue with the event, the level of withdrawals and unpaid stall fees has unfortunately made this impossible.
We fully appreciate the disappointment and inconvenience this decision may cause, particularly to those stall holders who have committed to the event and made their payments promptly. We are extremely grateful for your support and sincerely apologise that circumstances have resulted in this decision.
Any stall holder who has already made payment will, of course, receive a full refund.
This does NOT affect our annual event in May, which will be going ahead 1-3rd May 2027. Follow of page for more information Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza (Official)
