The Glass House is run by our dedicate Hospitality & Culinary Arts students at Worsley College We have something for everyone who loves food as much as we do.

Welcome to The Glass House Restaurant, the new training restaurant for Hospitality and Culinary Art students at Salford City College, Walkden Sixth Form Centre. Our brand new restaurant is contemporary and light which is where the inspiration for its name ‘The Glass House’ came from. Customers will be able to see our students in action through the large viewing window from the restaurant to the ki

tchen. At The Glass House we use only the finest, locally-produced, seasonal ingredients. All of our dishes are prepared fresh daily and all of our menus include vegetarian options. We offer a unique gourmet dining experience that is equal to the food and service you would receive in the finest hotels and restaurants. With dishes like ‘Halibut fillets Larded with smoked Salmon, served with candied Lemon, Braised vegetables and smoked horseradish veloute’ and Palet d’or with chocolate and Hazelnut ice cream and passion fruit cream to the old time favourites of lemon Tart with honey combe biscuits and a simple but perfectly cooked sirloin steak.
