Last month, I helped Clare Percival and her two boys plan a short but action-packed trip to Morocco. Despite the excitement, the trip came with some sadness as they were grieving the loss of their much-loved dog. I was so glad to be able to support them through it and help create a positive memory during a difficult time.

Now, it was a pleasure to book the family a memorable once-in-a-lifetime escape to Borneo this August.

Highlights of the trip include:

• Watching orangutans in the wild at Sepilok and exploring the Kinabatangan River
