Huw and Heidi are back with one final piece of advice about training. And this is an important one! ☝️

As we come to the end of May, training season is really just getting started. Some of you have weeks, some of you have months and maybe some of you aren’t quite booked yet… we’re here to help wherever you are on the road to your challenge! 💙

Smooth tarmac winding through mountain passes and valley floors, very little traffic, a lot of sky. From ancient kasbahs to palm-lined valleys to the long climb up Tizi n'Test on the final day - the scenery changes constantly but the quality of the ride stays exceptional throughout.

If you've ever wanted to lose yourself on a bike for four days, Morocco is where to do it.

Some challenges sound like an idea for years before they become a plan.

Land's End to John O'Groats is one of those. Most people who do it will tell you they thought about it for a long time first. The distance (just over 1,000 miles) has a way of keeping it firmly in the "someday" column. 🚴

But at some point the training starts. And the someday becomes a date.

We ride the full length of Britain; Cornwall, Dartmoor, the Welsh border, the Lake District, into Scotland, through the Highlands, to the North Coast. It's tough. It's also one of the most extraordinary ways to see a country most of us think we already know. 🇬🇧❤️

The High Atlas Mountains are remote, dramatic, and quietly wonderful for the soul. 🇲🇦⛰️

Our Mount Toubkal Trek takes you through Berber villages and rocky mountain trails to the summit of North Africa's highest peak, with views that stretch all the way to the Sahara. The scale of what's around you does its work gradually, without you noticing, and you come home feeling like you've had a proper reset.

More solid advice about training from our expert leader, Duncan…

We all understand that there can be a hesitation in getting started but this kind of fear can keep you from getting started at all. Get out there, start small… the rest will follow!

Three-quarters of Japan is mountainous and heavily forested - Most people never see any of it. This trek aims to change that!

We start in Bandai: volcanic mountains, crater lakes in colours that don't look real, and work through the Nikko Mountains to a summit at 2,578m where the views stretch in every direction. Terrain that has nothing to do with the Japan you see on social media. And we finish on the lower slopes of Fuji... iconic for a reason. 🗻

But Japan doesn't let you just walk through it. Along the way, it feeds you, soaks you (onsen are part of the ritual), slows you down in a quiet Edo post town, and speeds you back up again in Tokyo. It's the kind of trip that rewrites what you thought you knew about a place.

The mountains are extraordinary. The culture is everywhere. And somehow the combination of the two makes both feel more vivid. 🇯🇵

Join us in October.

London to Amsterdam by bike. Two days, one ferry crossing, and a celebratory night in the bike capital of the world.

This one is fun. Properly fun! The kind of ride where the kilometres tick by, and you arrive wondering where the time went. 🚴🇳🇱

Is this your kind of challenge?

Sometimes it's a big reason. A loss. A diagnosis. A promise made to someone who isn't here. Sometimes it's smaller than that. A birthday. A bad year. A friend who talked you into it.

Both are enough. Both always will be.

Tell us yours in the comments...
