The finale…
Two contrasting vineyards and a sumptuous luncheon feast made up this wonderful line-up to finish this weeks theme week!
At Barnsole Vineyard, we enjoyed their single-estate, grown and bottled wines — which went down beautifully — accompanied by Philip’s engaging stories about the vineyard, its history, and its craft. Our guests listened intently(and drank), clearly captivated by his passion and knowledge. 🍷
We then journeyed just down the road to Simpsons Wine Estate where Julie greeted us with a warm welcome and delivered a fascinating tour of the winery. This was followed by tastings of their exquisite sparkling and still wines — the perfect way to round off a memorable day among the vines. 🍇✨
Oh, what a feast at Pig Hotel (at Bridge Place).
From the iconic drive through the beautiful grounds to the first glimpse of that amazing building, the experience was a treat from start to finish. Our guests enjoyed their 3-3-3 menus at the Chef’s Table — each dish bursting with flavour and local character. Simply scrummy! 🍽️🐷✨
