We are considering selling our 2 bedroom, end of terrace holiday chalet at Yaverland, Isle of Wight. It's been profitable for the last 4 years. The chalet complies with all relevant holiday let requirements including an electrical safety certificate last year.
Completely renovated since our ownership, including new windows and stable door. The chalet also benefits from having single beds in the 2nd bedroom and there are stunning views of Culver Down from the lounge. Will be sold with all fixtures and fittings, so is ready to go for the next season.
The chalet is for holiday home and lets only, not for residential use, with the site being closed from 8th January to 3rd March. Site fees only approximately £2,000 a year.

Bookings are now open for next season via our website and we are keeping this year's prices until the end of December.
Red funnel, with whom we have a trade account, are also currently keeping this year's prices until December too, so why not let us book your ferry too and enjoy a substantial ferry discount.

If you are a returning guest, you will receive an additional 5% chalet discount as do Blue light workers and military staff. (Maximum 10% discount.)

A £75 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Update: We've just had a cancellation from 22nd July to 29th July in Chalet 77!

Although the May and school summer holidays are all booked up, we do have some availability for the Isle of Wight Festival in June.
We can now offer very generous ferry discounts of upto 40% too.
All our chalets have free WiFi, are dog friendly and are 5 mins walk down to Sandown's lovely sandy beach.
Chalet 128 has an enclosed decking area, so you know that your young children or four legged friends, will be safe and sound whilst you sit outside with them and watch the lovely sunsets with a glass of bubbly. 🥂
