We’re not quite ready for summer to end — and what a summer it’s been! 🌞 Our vineyard is nearly ready for harvest, but before we pick the grapes, we’ve got two crowd-pleasers to celebrate the end of the season.

“August is like the Sunday of summer…”

August has arrived to gently wrap up the season—but there are still 31 summer days to savour.

The estate is blushing, bursting, and ripening with fruit and vegetables in every shade. If you’re visiting our spa this month, you might just enjoy a taste of the season’s harvest on our sharing platters.

The amphitheatre also brings its summer season to a close with two final performances: HMS Pinafore on 30 August, and one last chance to see The Wind in the Willows on 31 August—a perfect end-of-summer holiday treat.

Over on the lake, we’ve added more Wild Float & Sound dates this month (because it seems you can’t get enough), and we’re already dreaming up something special for autumn. Watch this space!

🏊 INTRODUCTION TO COLD WATER SWIMMING - THIS SATURDAY 💧

A few spots have opened up for our introductory workshop from 2 - 4pm this Saturday which is perfect for anyone who is curious to give wild swimming a try but not sure where to begin.

Our certified lifeguards and cold water practitioners Jo and Anna will explaining how your body responds to the cold and the many benefits of wild swimming. You’ll also receive essential safety tips and techniques to ensure you're confident before, during, and after your swim.

After learning the basics, you’ll enjoy a guided swim or dip in our beautiful lake, followed by a warming hot drink around the fire pit as you unwind and reflect on the experience.
