New hot tub going in today. Luxury Balboa 6 seater with loads of hydrotherapy jets, led lights and waterfalls. Also has radio and bluetooth system.

A few improvements today at Seacrest Lodge. Nice new carpet in the snug room with a couple more chairs still to go in. Lovely thick underlay as well. Dining room now seats 24 😮 and has 3 highchairs. Gearing up to the renovation in January when the double garage will become a 9th bedroom and the house will then accommodate 24 and 3 infants as the 3 family rooms will all have cots. Exciting
