Iona holiday Home, Scarborough.
Wether you are looking for a place to use as a base as you explore the amazing county of North Yorkshire, or you are looking for a simple home from home to relax in and enjoy some time away from it all, please take a look at our price list below.
We do not offer lots of fancy bells and whistles, but what we do offer is a comfortable, clean home for you to call your own for your holiday.
We have 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 people (one double, one twin, one single)
There is a kitchen with oven and microwave as well as a utility space with washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is a bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle in addition to the bath tub. The living area is spacious with WI FI, a small TV/DVD player and electric fire. The property has central heating throughout.

We are a smoke free, pet free home and are unable to take children under the age of 8.
Prices below are from Sat - Sat however if you require a short break or different dates please get in touch and we can see what we can do.
We are close by for the Open Air Theatre too which this year is once again boasting some seriously great acts!

There is a bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle (newly fitted last year) in addition to the bath tub. The living area is spacious with a small TV/DVD player and electric fire. The property has central heating throughout and also has free Wi-FI.
We have a no-smoking and no pet policy and unfortunately we are unable to take children under the age of 8.
If you have any questions please ask! We are happy to do shorter breaks too, enquire for prices.

Good Morning all!! Just to confirm we are still here however we had a phishing attempt last night so I removed a couple of the more personal details from the page temporarily until it was all sorted. I shall try to get it all back up and running as it should be.
Thankfully a swift action and it was prevented but better safe than sorry.
I shall update with new price list etc once they are finalised, just a little delayed this year due to RL circumstances.
