Bedroom 1 with king size bed, TV with french doors to the West facing balcony, en suite bath, WC and basin. Family shower room, wash hand basin, WC. Hall cupboard with washer/dryer. To the ground floor there is a secure covered car park with allocated parking space. The communal grounds of the development have an electrically operated security gate system and there is access to a most pleasant private shared lawned garden area and terrace, which enjoys stunning sea views. Electric heating. All power, bed linen, towels and bath robes included in rent. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. As of 2022 we no longer have access to Ocean Leisure Club. Free unlimited WIFI available.

There is also a reclining sofa, 50" smart TV and a Sonos Beam soundbar, washer dryer, memory foam mattresses and onsite access to our communal garden with arguably the best view from Seahouses straight over the harbour.

We currently don't have an agent. If you've found us anywhere other than AirBnB or Facebook, then you're being misled.

Sykes and its numerous subsidiaries are advertising our property as one of theirs. We are not and have never been with Sykes. I have made numerous requests (both online and in person) to be removed from their site, all of which have been ignored.

We're going to be handling our own bookings for a trial period. We'll be posting our current availability and pricing shortly.

We're revising our prices too, we will be very competitive with like properties when we don't have agency fees to deal with.

This is a small family run business, we both work full time and have kids, so if we don't respond immediately to any queries, please forgive us.

First update for a while. Our latest news is that Northumbria Coast and Country Cottages are no longer our agents. We've had 9 good years with them, but they've now been bought out by Sykes Cottages and the terms they've offered us are not acceptable.

We are currently assessing our options. In the meantime you can book direct through us.
