My one hour of exercise was a cycle into a Lyme Regis with Sam. Cycling might I add is something I haven’t done in at least 10 years and all I can say is thank god there were no cars on the road ! A very wobbly yet refreshing cycle, far too many potholes and squawking seagulls 🕊 it was oddly surreal to cycle through a very dead town that is normally heaving with tourists. Very very strange indeed.
