We're delighted to have secured Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the sensitive conversion of a traditional agricultural barn associated with a Grade II* listed farmhouse near Ottery St Mary, Devon.

Working with historic buildings requires balancing modern living requirements with the preservation of heritage significance. Through careful design and a robust heritage-led planning strategy, approval was secured for the conversion of the former barn into additional living accommodation while respecting the character and setting of this important listed property.

Projects involving listed buildings demand careful consideration of both planning and conservation matters, and we're pleased to have helped our client achieve a successful outcome.

Thinking about converting a traditional barn or altering a listed building?
