The last of the outings for a while…🥂

When you have a long term vision so strong, short term sacrifices have to be made.
I won’t be giving up the gym or my workout routine, because my health & wellness is super important.

But the pointless boozing & nights out can definitely be on the back burner 💁🏻‍♀️

So here’s to short term pain for long term gain 📈

Not everything needs to be a highlight reel.

It can be tough seeing everyone’s feed at this time of year, as we all reflect on the last 12 months.
But it’s okay to remember they’re often just highlights, and what goes on is often a very different picture 🤍

So here’s my 2024 stand out moments, good and bad…
💚 January - 1st day back at work after 4 months off, following what was ultimately a breakdown.
🩵 February - our first holiday as a couple, incredible weekend in Madeira.
💔 March - I said goodbye to my best friend, after 12 years of her being by my side. This broke me for a long while…
💛 April - Josh’s birthday month, and we went on our first campervan trip together. This time hiking in the Peak District.
🩷 May - my birthday month! Which meant a holiday to Barcelona. But it was also the month I was meant to be getting married, so an emotional rollercoaster to say the least.
💙 June - hosted my first business event with at - more of these to come in 2025!
🧡 July - my besties baby shower, such a wholesome day that I was so lucky to be a part of.
🤍 August - got the keys to my little home, and felt like I was finally moving on! I also attended our annual business convention in Orlando - so another big month…
💜 September - my cousins wedding. What a stunning weekend filled with so much love. But also family drama, unsurprisingly…
🤎 October - we became foster (dog) parents and Bertie came into our lives! Basically a super furry toddler that likes to have tantrums but also has so much love to give.
🩶 November - business event in London. So many celebrations, awards & incredible stories from people in the room. Also proud moment seeing on stage for his first major rank up.
🖤 December - peak season at work pretty much burned this month out, but we took a day trip to Madrid to break up the stress & remind us how lucky we really are.

So there ya go.
Not everything is sunshine and rainbows, despite what social media shows you!
But here’s to being in control of my life for 2025 - hitting my personal, financial & wellness goals.

I can’t believe it’s been 12 months… 🤯

November last year I decided to head solo to Bali 🇮🇩
The main reason was to escape the crap I’d faced the rest of the year.

But during my time there, I focussed on my health, my business and doing what I wanted to, rather than doing things because I had to…

This trip was what cemented my need for freedom.
To be able to create an income from wherever I decided to travel to in the world 📲
To be able to stay in boujee places at insider rates 🤩
To decide what I wanted my routine to look like.
And honestly… to put my health and wealth first, instead of sacrificing them for conventional norms.

If you’re feeling stuck, fed up of the mundane routine, tired of the 9-5 and desperate for freedom, then take this as your sign…

I stand by that having a pet turns a house into a home.
But what’s even more rewarding is knowing you’re giving a dog a second chance…

Because honestly, dogs are too good for us anyway 🥹

Being able to jump on a plane to Bali for 5 weeks was an absolute blessing. I needed a total reset & some time to heal, and that’s exactly what I got 🤍

I spent my time travelling and exploring.
Enjoying the independence and freedom.
But also grateful I was able work on my future and build my business at the same time - absolutely life changing!

2025 travel plans pending… Hiking in Patagonia, skiing in Andorra, city break to Lisbon & business convention in Orlando ✈️

Sunday is the new Saturday 🫶🏼

Going out for a date day on a Sunday is my new fave thing!
Started it with a walk around the local reservoir. A trip to Ikea for some home essentials. A quick game of bowling. Then roast dinner & drinks at 🥂

When you don’t get the Sunday Scaries, you realise how much more you enjoy your weekend! 🤍

Seeing your bestie get married hits different 🥹🤍

This was the most beautiful and relaxed wedding I have ever been to. Informal ceremony with dogs invited, large home made buffet spread, and a Ceilidh to get us all dancing in the evening 💃🏼

I love being a part of someone’s special day!
Whether that’s as a guest, or as an agent booking their destination wedding or honeymoon 🏝️✈️
