Villa Eduardo is a lovely property with a kidney- shaped swimming pool and a large lawned garden dotted with sun loungers. The covered terrace has outside furniture to offer a place to relax in the shade with your favourite book. There is also a built-in brick barbecue to enjoy alfresco with your preferred tipple. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge, separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one double and another twin bedroom with a balcony which overlooks the pool.
The villa is situated in a small village called Alporchinhos where you will discover a few of the most beautiful beaches in the whole Algarve. The property is walking distance to several beautiful beaches and some restaurants and a good supermarket. The village is located between the two main resorts of Carvoeiro a twenty-minute drive away and Albufeira a 26 minute drive.

This modern 3-bedroom Villa Maya II is located in Areeiro, 5 to 10 minutes away from both Loulé and Almancil. Very comfortable family home with a private swimming pool and private garden, great outdoor and BBQ area. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms plus one WC.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool. The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV. There is also internet access via Wi-Fi.
The garden area is private and enclosed all around. It is appropriate and safe for children. There is ceramic floor surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is about 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost this service is provided between March and October.
