Please head down to Fontmell and support the young children selling cakes and help donate to a great cause!

The Friends of Fontmell Friendship Garden are running a Macmillan coffee morning at Fontmell Magna Village Hall on Wednesday 27th September from 10.30am.

Last year, in partnership with St. Andrews school, we raised £517.80 so we are hoping to do the same or better this year.

The year 6 Children from St Andrews (our village school) will be assisting the team again this year so please bring plenty of change to have a go at the games we‘ve lined up.

Our wonderful cake makers and bakers have catered for most dietary requirements and we will have a selection of sweet and savoury, gluten free and vegan bakes on our self service buffet.

The friendship garden team have also signed up to the RHS Big Food Share which launches next week. If you have any spare veggies in your garden please bring them along for the RHS Big Food Share Table.

All are welcome to our fundraising event, so please pop in.

With all the open evenings coming up, this post is a special mention for our children's school nearby in Fontmell Magna. We have loved sending our children there and we would choose it time and again.
