✈️ Craving a getaway but don't want to use up all your annual leave?
European city breaks are having a moment, and it's easy to see why. With short flight times, last-minute deals and plenty to see and do, they're the perfect way to escape routine and explore somewhere new in just a few days.
We love nothing more than wandering cobbled streets, discovering hidden corners, soaking up the atmosphere and ticking off iconic sights. And if there's good food involved, even better! 🍝🥐🍷
Gabe is a huge foodie, so every city break becomes a culinary adventure – from local markets and street food stalls to traditional restaurants serving regional favourites. After all, one of the best ways to experience a destination is through its food.
I'm especially excited for my upcoming trip to Bucharest. I can't wait to explore the city's sights before spending an evening relaxing and recharging at Therme Bucharest – the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. 💆♀️✨
And later this year, I'm doing Christmas markets a little differently! Instead of visiting just one destination, I'll be setting sail on a European Christmas Market cruise, combining festive cities, twinkling lights, seasonal treats and magical Christmas atmosphere all in one unforgettable trip. 🎄🚢
Whether you're looking for culture, history, shopping, food, nightlife or simply a change of scenery, Europe is packed with incredible cities waiting to be explored.
A long weekend can be all it takes to recharge, make new memories and fall in love with a new destination.
What's your favourite European city break – and have you ever done a Christmas market cruise? 👇🌍✨
