sun all day long.Stepping inside the property, find a stylish sitting room where you can settle down after a day at the beach, relaxing on the plush sofa as you flick through the Smart TV, letting the gas fire warm you up in the winter months.A small step takes you into a spacious kitchen/diner, fitted with contemporary amenities for your self-catering needs, whilst a circular dining table takes centre stage.A table and chairs offer an alternative dining arrangement outside in your own private courtyard, the perfect spot to savour a glass of wine on the weekend.Retreat up the grey carpeted stairs to the first floor which houses two high-quality bedrooms, comprising a master king-size and a double, both are beautifully decorated and served by a sleek marble bathroom that hosts a bath, an overhead shower and a heated towel rail.Earsdon is a beautiful village in Whitley Bay with access to walks wildlife, two local pubs serving great ales and food and a local church.
