We have some greatly reduced breaks in this lovely caravan on the sought after Dunes area of Butlins Skegness. 3 bedrooms sleeps max of 8 persons.

Friday 8th or Saturday 9th August - 7 Nights - £1000
Saturday 23rd August - 7 Nights - £1000
Price includes hire of caravan and 2 Adults 2 Children with wristbands for Butlins included, additional guests can be added for extra charge. Strictly No Pets.
Excludes booking fee of £10 and Refundable Deposit of £100 which is returned if no damages and caravan is left respectfully clean.
Bed linen is not included you can hire from us or you may bring your own.

SANDHILLS 337 is a lovely caravan, it is located on a really pleasant plot in a quiet cul-de-sac and is very close to some of our other holiday homes making it ideal for larger families or friends to be close together. People love the quiet cul de sac location but it's still just 5 to 6 mins walk to the main areas but away from all the foot traffic and noise of those coming and going to the main Butlins complex.
Large spacious lounge with freestanding comfortable sofas and patio doors to front.
Food preparation is a pleasure too with a well equipped modern kitchen with full height fridge freezer, microwave,gas cooker and plenty of storage.
Two decking areas makes relaxing in the sun a breeze or enjoy a drink or two after an action packed day in Butlins.
The master bedroom is huge for a caravan and includes a seated dressing area with mirror and electrical sockets, the spaciousness also makes it ideal for those with a travel cot as the size of the bedroom allows the cot to be at the foot of the bed and still have space to move around,there is also a en-suite WC.
The two twin rooms although not as large as the master offer a simple twin bed arrangement with wardrobe storage and bedside table with electrical point. The shower room is large and spacious too, definitely larger than most caravan washrooms.
The Bordeaux is a gorgeous caravan that sets itself apart from the majority with its design and decor and we have had nothing but praise for this beautiful holiday home, we are sure you would love it too!

Available for dates throughout the 2025 season at Butlins Skegness is our lovely ABI Sunningdale holiday home.
Poplars 15 is a fantastic modern and well equipped holiday home located very close to the main activities area of Butlins itself.
For those who want to be closer to the main entertainment area Poplars is great, about 2 min or so from the MAIN areas of Butlins it is within easy walking distance of everything!
The Sunningdale has a stylish, light and airy feel thanks to the spacious layout, front patio doors open out onto the fully enclosed decking area with patio furniture, being fully enclosed it is ideal for those with smaller children. back inside main living and dining area has wrap around seating with cushion backs, entertainment unit with TV , feature electric fire to compliment the full gas central heating throughout. Dining table and chairs can be found adjacent to entrance door with kitchen area opposite. Equipped well the kitchen has a four burner gas hob, oven, microwave etc and a full height integrated fridge freezer as well as everything else you need.
The master bedroom is large and comfortable with an ensuite toilet. The two twin bedrooms have a unique layout to maximise the use of space with the beds in one room "toe to toe" and in the other at right angles to each other, it may look different but it works well, floor space in twin bedded rooms usually is very little. the Sunningdale uses that space to it's maximum, we love it!

We are pleased to offer our lovely caravan on the sought after Dunes area of the caravan village, Dunes is one of the closest areas to the main areas of Butlins itself.

The 2022 Seasons offers modern style with lots of space perfect for your family holiday, it has a large seating area to the lounge with upholstered seating and stools to the adjacent dining area too. The kitchen area has integrated microwave, gas cooker with oven, fridge freezer etc.

The caravan has a lovely shower room with WC and there is a second toilet further down the corridor too.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two rooms with twin beds.

Outside there is a decking area with patio furniture, the plot has a sunny aspect.

Free WI-FI is available on this caravan for the duration of your stay.

Our lovely Atlas Status is availble for hire for 2025 at Butlins Skegness, it has an enclosed lounge with patio doors to front deck and door into the kitchen diner, large screen tele, free internet, recordable Freesat box. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge freezer, washing machine, air-fryer, dishwasher, gas hob and seperate oven with microwave above there is also a small island for food prep etc.
It has 3 bedrooms, one double room and 2 twin bedded rooms, there is additional sleeping space available using the pull out bed in the lounge if needed. 2 toilets one in the shower room and the other located adjacent.
Large decking to the side with patio furniture.
A lovely holiday home which is around 5 - 6 mins steady stroll to the main Butlins areas, not too close and not too far from all the action of Butlins.
