To book we ask for a booking deposit of £50 (non refundable). The balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday. We also ask for a £50 refundable breakage bond which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy and everything put back away, rubbish has to be put in the bin , All breakages / damage to be replaced and paid for by you. Please treat this caravan like your own! If you cancel the booking under the 4 week period prior to your holiday arrival date we will refund half of the total holiday balance.if you over occupy our caravan you will be asked to leave and cut your holiday short with no refund! restrictions
NO SMOKING in the caravan at anytime there is a veranda you can smoke on but you have to close the door or the smoke alarm will go of! And put your butts in a sand bin outside. NO pets
and NO hen or stag parties groups

fantasy island fun fair is just around the corner on sealane it has some extreme rides-looping roller coasters not for the faint hearted and loads of rides for the little kids indoors and outdoors. around the fun fair is eastgate market which is on everyday all year round. Eastgate Market is about 10 mins walk (apparently it's the biggest indoor/outdoor market in Europe OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK). The fashion catwalk with shows 3 times a day amusements pubs and takeaways all at your fingertips. The Countryman pub across the road with family room (the roast dinners are lovely). . or the moody cow pub on sealane do breakfast from £1.95 and have karaoke, mediums and other tribute band acts in,

on coast fields is a swimming pool you can go to at a charge but i would go to the butlins pool and pay for the passes or go to the seafront in skegness at the fitness center and enjoy there outdoor pool. swimming pools within walking and 5mins drive
