Wharfedene will be closed because of Covid until the government allow self catering to be opened. Hopefully it would be good if we could open for Easter but that is wait and see. Bookings are being taken for summer onwards. Please look at my website for price details and contact me through the details given there.

The cottage is deep cleaned between visitors and a fogging machine is used throughout the cottage to disinfect throughout.

It was great to see the new TV series All Creatures Great and Small on last night and to try to spot various places in Grassington and all around our area being used for the filming.

It is deep cleaned between guests and gov. guide lines are being followed.

All Creatures Great and Small. A new series is being made in the Yorkshire Dales. Grassington is to be Darrowby where the vets surgery is. Filming has started with the series to be shown sometime next year. This is great for the area. The film crew have been lovely and very obliging with the locals. Some interesting four legged visitors have been seen in the village.

Grassington is holding it's Dickensian Festival on the next three Saturdays.

We are fortunate, although close to the river we are downstream of the waterfall on land too high to be flooded.
