Today, I received a call from a very distressed lady who had just come out of court hearing. She said I'm separated, I'm right outside the court, and I need a place to stay for a month". I do not know the back story, but I said yes, I'll be able to help. I sent her address, and there she was in 10 mins.
I then asked her if she had children to come along ? She said I do have a son, but he won't be coming. He chose to stay with his father !!!
While she was searching for the house , I told her just walk straight, you are there , then she goes - oh is that you. I said , "Have we met before?" She said last year late summer when the same house was under construction, she had asked me if she could get a bottle of water as it was very hot. I remembered it was just a small act of kindness I was able to do to offer her during such a hot day , nothing much, I thought.
Today , she said - sister this can't be a coincidence that twice I needed help, and both the times I find you !! I say - its kadar Allah . He helps those who he wishes or he places the right people at the right time so help can reach on time.
It's a blessed day , count the blessings .

When in such difficult times , esp for women and children it's a very vulnerable situation.Safety is the biggest concern.
Hotels are not ideal as there is no kitchen facility. Food becomes the biggest problem and expense.
