Why pay more for the same stay?

A lot of people still book through OTAs thinking they’re safer or cheaper.

But here’s the truth:
The same home costs you up to 40% more on platforms like Airbnb.

Example:
A stylish NG2 home with air fryer, dishwasher, bath bomb, blackout curtains, and 136 Mb Wi-Fi
Costs £115 direct.
But £125+£70 cleaning on OTAs.
That’s £195 vs £150 booked direct. Same dates. Same house.

So why give away your cash?

Always message the host and ask for a direct rate.
You’ll get better prices, faster responses, and personal touches.

Direct booking is smarter. Cheaper. More human.
