Update - We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and enquiries following the situation affecting travel to the UAE.

Please bear with us while our team work through impacted bookings as quickly as possible.

We understand concerns regarding upcoming holidays. Our priority is assisting those in the Middle East or stuck further afield, ensuring they have support, accommodation and repatriation.

This is a fast-moving situation. We are working within a 48/72 hour window due to airline advice, FCDO updates, and available manpower. We must focus efforts on those in immediate need.

We have clients currently in the UAE.
We have clients transiting through the UAE.
We have clients due to depart over the next few days.

Unfortunately we don’t receive special warnings. We see the news the same time as everyone else. There are no ready-made solutions for acts of war or sudden airspace closures.

We have been working tirelessly to make sure every client has been contacted arranging…

Refunds where possible.
Holidays and Flights being amended to later dates penalty-free where permitted.
Suppliers/Tour operators negotiated with and any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your concern for travel in the coming weeks. We don’t have all the answers yet and we understand this is frustrating.

Our clients have been incredibly patient while we manage the ongoing situation, so Thank you it really is appreciated

Another day at beautiful Shandrani Beachcomber. Out this morning in the glass bottom boat - so many exotic fishes! Snorkelling this afternoon too. Plenty of time to relax in between and have a leisurely lunch by the pool. This is the life!

Wow - Shandrani Beachcomber in Mauritius is amazing! We are loving our visit here - the perfect escape from wintery weather. Such a fantastic setting with 2 distinct beach areas - the calm lagoon side or the wonderfully wild ocean side. Snorkelling, sailing, kayaking and pedalos all on offer if you feel energetic..... We're just enjoying the sea, the scenery and relaxing under the palm trees. Something here for everyone!
