Winter breaks at Calebs Cottage — and a rather lovely new breakfast option! ✨
Things are starting to quieten down at Calebs, which means we’ve got spaces becoming available from 19th September onwards. Half-term week is already full, but if you fancy a little trip to Solva, we can offer stays from just one night right up to 28 nights.
And here’s the best bit: book directly with me and pay direct, saving yourself the booking fees — so we both win! ❤️
We’re also delighted to be teaming up with the fabulous Cambrian Hotel, practically opposite Calebs, who are now offering guests the option of pre-booking breakfast in their restaurant. You can arrange it with them the day before and simply wander over in the morning and enjoy a wholesome breakfast before heading out to explore Pembrokeshire.
I genuinely think this is a fabulous addition, particularly through the winter when you might fancy a cosy one- or two-night escape without the faff of bringing breakfast provisions with you. And, as far as I’m aware, they’re the only eatery in Solva opening from 8am, which makes it a pretty special option for early starters.
🥐 And if you’re staying for the weekend… why not make it a lazy Sunday and check out on Monday?
This can also be arranged by speaking directly with me, and we can offer a much bigger discount for that extra Sunday night.
You can either have a proper lazy Sunday, check out Sunday evening and head home ready for work Monday morning, or stay overnight and wander off Monday morning. Entirely up to you!
It also means you can make the absolute most of Sunday in Solva — enjoy a roast at one of the lovely local spots, including The Ship, The Cambrian, Hats & Barrels, Café 25, The Harbour Inn, and more.
Honestly, there’s no better way to spend a winter weekend. ❤️
Solva has everything you need: phenomenal food, cosy little places to sit and while away a few hours, and some fabulous walks to burn off the calories… before inevitably working up another appetite for round two (or three!).
