Summer holiday availability in our luxury lodge in Brean on unity farm,

Em lettings I’m on there as well.

Features
4-berth lodge (can be 6)

2 bedrooms
Large king size bed room with FULL ensuite with seat in the shower 3 wardrobes lots of draws bench seat in the master.

1 x twin room with full size beds in, with wardrobe and draws

We do have a sofa bed for 2 extra children to accommodate 6 people)

The main bathroom has plenty of space and seat in the shower.
We have full mains WIFI
Smart TV's in lounge and master room
Modern beautiful van that has a private fenced garden with both side and front decking seating on both.
Outside hidden garden with table and chairs under the cover the for those long summer evenings.

All we do ask is PLEASE BRING IN THE CUSHIONS AT NIGHT SO GUESTS CAN ENJOY THEM.

Full central heating
Spacious living room with free standing sofas carpets and a nice fireplace.
Full working greatly equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and full airer and garden rotary line. A full kitchen with everything you need toaster, microwave, gas oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, brand new airfryer.
Several cupboards/drawers/fitted
Fully alarmed and has space for two vehicles (parking passes for both spaces included)

Located on a platinum pitch close to all amenities just over the road for the shop and fish shop, short walk to RJ‘s, The wonky donkey swimming pool and other amenities the park is the other side just down from the shop.

Quilts and pillows included (bed linen NOT included)

Outside garden activities

PLEASE NOTE:
Passes are no longer included in the price of the caravan. Passes are no longer compulsory on the site.

The pass prices are per person per day

You can’t pick and choose days. You either agree to passes for the entirety of your stay or not, and for all guests during your stay. For example, you can't choose 4 passes if 6 people are staying in the accommodation, it needs to be for the entire six.

You can pay daily for your passes if they are available at the public price per day but you will have to do this yourself through Unity on arrival. Please note that the site say that passes are not guaranteed to the public especially in peak season so please take this into consideration.

The passes currently include:
Entry to RJs entertainment
Wonkey Donkey
Half price swimming
Half price Soft Play
Discount at Funfair

Opt out of passes:
You will not be able to enter RJs and will have to pay full public prices for swimming, Brean Play and fair, if times are available as priority is always given to Unity guests.

If you have any questions on passes please feel free to contact us.

TO COLLECT YOUR KEY:
Welcome packs can still be collected from reception. However all caravans now have key pads and the code will be sent before 3pm to your given mobile. Please don’t enter until after 3pm unless you are aware the caravan has been cleaned. Please also put key back in code box after departure.

Hi everyone hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year Unity beach are doing so so much work on the park we have SO much to look forward to a new pool area and lido with £10.2 Million being spent it’s going to be amazing new reception area as the old entrance is now going/gone the new owners really are spending so much money on the park it’s something for everyone to look forward to.
HOWEVER DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS I AM NOT TAKING NEW BOOKINGS THIS YEAR BUT C1 IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE THOUGH
Em lettings she is an absolute amazing agent who I truly appreciate and trust her with all my heart so if your still wanting a holiday please find her on google or Facebook and she has more than a few vans for hire.
Emma is 100% amazing and like me she’s been doing this a long time so please feel free to book through Em lettings or message me and I’ll happily send over her details if you can’t find her.

Thank you so much for your support and loyalty over the years but for health reasons I need to take a step back have a GREAT HOLIDAY AND AGAIN THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR LOYALTY ITS BEEN AMAZING HOW MANY PEOPLE COME BACK EACH YEAR.
