Hi All,

with the weather exceptional at the moment why not take a last minute break and hit the beaches of North Devon. We have availability in Apple Barn (sleeps 10) and The Hawthorns (sleeps 6) for this weekend.
Both have private gardens and 6 seater commercial grade hot tubs. Also Weber 57CM barbecues with our games field for the energetic or our fully equipped games room for the Pool and Table Tennis champs out there.

Well aren’t we being spoilt with the weather . It’s been mid to high twenties all week and not a cloud in the sky today.

The forecast for the next weekend and onwards is also looking fantastic. With availability why not book a last minute break at Lambscombe. Hit the sandy beaches or just chill with friends and family with a barbecue and your own private hot tub. Enjoy the silence for a change.

Hi All,

What a scorcher this week will be and our visitors from Africa have timed it right again 👍 12 pairs have arrived in the last few days. These are in a very sadly missed friends residence named Yashins House❤️

We have some more to add this year so if you want one named after a loved one who loved to see the house martins and swallows let me know and we will arrange it.

fingers crossed looks like the sun will shine on North Devon , we have had some lovely days already.

More awesome news from Access for all , Devon’s beaches are for all too enjoy and these guys are making a tremendous positive impact. We have had several guests enjoy a really inclusive family holiday courtesy of AFA facilities.
Apple Barn has an easy access ground floor bedroom and the new shower has a small 4 inch lip(seat available on request). Access to living area and kitchen all the same flat level including garden.

Looking forward to more of George’s and our guests surfing exploits ❤️👏👏

Hi All,

only one 3 bed cottages with hot tub available for our fireworks night (2 night booking minimum). This is a private event with food and fireworks on the 2nd November.
Lambscombe guests staying at the time are welcome to join us we are a friendly bunch just bring the tipple of your choice😁

Hi All,

imagine a family or friends break at the amazing Apple Barn , a 5 Star rated property sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with four bathrooms 3 on-suite.

The open plan layout means a fully inclusive break with nobody left alone in the kitchen using the 4 oven range big enough for even the most extravagant Christmas dinner etc.

Dining table comfortably accommodates 10 adults and no need to borrow chairs from next door neighbours 🙂. The lounge with new sofas provides a comfortable and again inclusive space to relax with the ones you love.

Floor to ceiling windows running the length of the barn create a feeling of bringing the outdoors in and enjoy amazing views of our valley. Of course there is the 6 person commercial hot tub to enjoy at any time of the year. Then back inside for the wood burner (basket of logs supplied) and a film on the large Smart TV via 40MB + wifi connection.
