Hi All,

just to let you know we are down to just 2 weeks availability this summer across all cottages and Barns.

Hazel Barn is available for a week from the 14th August , Hazel sleeps 11 and has a large private garden and 6 seater commercial hot tub

Oak Cottage is available from the 21st for a week, Oak sleeps 6 in three bedrooms all onsuite. Private garden with 6 seater hot tub

Both properties are pet friendly

Hi All,

I know its painfully early and I for one am still shedding the Christmas pounds 😁 but Christmas and New Year is selling fast with only Hazel Barn available for the main event.

Each house is fully decorated together with the site for a real homely christmas feel. No need to borrow next doors chairs or have Nan on the footstool with just the top of her head visible for dinner🤣. Take the strain out and enjoy a Christmas morning Hot Tub or a walk on one of our many sandy beaches to blow the Prosecco away.

Regardless of age or ability everyone can access North Devons gorgeous beaches and Sea. We can even point the adventurous in the direction for a surf session with fantastic instructors and modified boards.

Croyde, Saunton Sands and Woolacombe beaches all have facilities.

well summers nearly here so time to hit North Devon's sandy beaches and explore all that Exmoor has to offer. So with all properties being heavily viewed and only 2 direct booking slots available (10% discount or 15% for two week or double bookings) I thought I would share our remaining summer slots.

Hi All,

with the weather exceptional at the moment why not take a last minute break and hit the beaches of North Devon. We have availability in Apple Barn (sleeps 10) and The Hawthorns (sleeps 6) for this weekend.
Both have private gardens and 6 seater commercial grade hot tubs. Also Weber 57CM barbecues with our games field for the energetic or our fully equipped games room for the Pool and Table Tennis champs out there.

Well aren’t we being spoilt with the weather . It’s been mid to high twenties all week and not a cloud in the sky today.

The forecast for the next weekend and onwards is also looking fantastic. With availability why not book a last minute break at Lambscombe. Hit the sandy beaches or just chill with friends and family with a barbecue and your own private hot tub. Enjoy the silence for a change.

Hi All,

What a scorcher this week will be and our visitors from Africa have timed it right again 👍 12 pairs have arrived in the last few days. These are in a very sadly missed friends residence named Yashins House❤️

We have some more to add this year so if you want one named after a loved one who loved to see the house martins and swallows let me know and we will arrange it.
