🏔️ THEY DID IT! 🏔️

Huge, massive CONGRATULATIONS to Gyorgy, Veronika, and Viktor, who stood on the roof of Africa yesterday! 🥳🎉

Reaching Uhuru Peak ($5,895\text{ m}$) is a monumental achievement, and we could not be prouder of their strength, determination, and incredible spirit.

They have just conquered the magnificent 7-Day Lemosho Route, and what a journey it has been!

Here is a glimpse of the epic adventure they just lived day by day:

Day 1: Into the Wild 🌳 Starting at Londorossi Gate, they trekked through the pristine, emerald rain forests to Mti Mkubwa camp, serenaded by Colobus monkeys.

Day 2: The Shira Plateau 🌋 Leaving the forest behind, they tackled the steep climb into the heather moorland, crossing into the spectacular, expansive Shira Plateau.

Day 3: Acclimatization & Lava Tower 🪨 A true test of grit. They pushed up to the imposing Lava Tower ($4,630\text{ m}$) for crucial acclimatization before dropping down into the beautiful, giant-senecio-filled Barranco Valley.

Day 4: The Great Barranco Wall 🧗‍♂️ Hands on rock! They scrambled up the famous Barranco Wall—conquering heights and any fears—before trekking across to Karanga Camp.

Day 5: The Edge of Greatness 🌌 A steady climb through a desolate alpine desert brought them to Barafu Base Camp. Rest, fuel, and nervous excitement filled the air as they prepared for the ultimate challenge.

Day 6: SUMMIT DAY & Uhuru Peak! 👑 A midnight awakening. In the freezing cold, under a blanket of African stars, they dug deep. Digging into their reserves, they pushed past Stella Point to stand at the highest point in Africa just as the sun broke over the horizon. Absolutely unforgettable.

Day 7: The Final Descent 🥾 A triumphant walk down through the rainforest to Mweka Gate to collect their well-deserved gold summit certificates! 🥇🐾

BUT THE ADVENTURE ISN'T OVER YET...

From the roof of Africa straight into the wild heart of the Serengeti!Dusty boots are being swapped for safari binoculars as Gyorgy, Veronika, and Viktor head off today on their 5-Day Serengeti Migration Safari.

They are trading the alpine desert for the endless plains, where they'll witness the jaw-dropping spectacle of the Great Migration, track the Big Five, and relax under the African stars with a well-earned sundowner. 🦁🌅

🎉 THEY MADE IT! ROOF OF AFRICA CONQUERED! 🏔️🌅
We are absolutely thrilled to share the awesome news: Kristin, Kerry, and Evan have officially stood on the Summit of Mount Kilimanjaro! 🥳🇺🇸✨

Early this morning, just as the sun was rising, our three incredible climbers stepped onto Uhuru Peak at 5,895m (19,341 ft)!

After setting off into the freezing darkness at 11:30 PM last night, they dug deeper than ever before. Through the steep scree, the biting cold, and the thinning air, their determination never wavered. Step by step (Pole Pole), they pushed through the ultimate mental and physical test—and they triumphed!

A massive, heartfelt CONGRATULATIONS to Kristin, Kerry, and Evan! Watching your journey from day one on the Lemosho Route to seeing you conquer the highest freestanding mountain in the world has been nothing short of inspiring. You did it! 🎉

The team is now safely making their way back down the mountain for a very well-deserved rest, before they swap their hiking boots for safari gear and kick off the next legendary phase of their Summit 2 Safari Adventure. 🦁🚐

🌌 THIS IS IT. SUMMIT NIGHT IS HERE! 🌌

We have just received word from the mountain, and Kristin, Kerry, and Evan have successfully reached Barafu Camp (Base Camp)! They are sitting at a staggering 4,673m, and the energy is electric.

Right now, our three US adventurers are resting up, keeping warm, and eating a high-energy dinner. Sleep won't come easily tonight because the ultimate goal is just hours away.

THE FINAL PUSH 🥾🏔️

At around 11:30 PM Tanzanian Time tonight, under a freezing, star-lit African sky, the team will turn on their headlamps, step out of their tents, and begin the gruelling, final ascent to Uhuru Peak.

It is going to take every ounce of determination, strength, and spirit they have as they battle the steep slopes and thin air through the darkness. But the reward? If all goes to plan, they will step onto the Roof of Africa just as the sun rises over the horizon. Imagine watching a sunrise from 5,895m (19,341 ft)! 🌅✨

🧗‍♂️ THE BARRANCO WALL HAS BEEN CONQUERED! 🧱🏔️

Huge update from the mountain! Kristin, Kerry, and Evan are officially on Day 5 of their Kilimanjaro expedition, and they have just crushed one of the most thrilling challenges on the entire Lemosho Route.

This morning, the team woke up at Barranco Camp and went straight to work scaling the infamous, towering Barranco Wall. It requires focus, grit, and a bit of scrambling, but our awesome trio from the US handled it like absolute pros!

After tackling the Wall and trekking across the spectacular alpine desert landscapes, they have successfully arrived at Karanga Camp for the night. ⛺✨

THE COUNTDOWN TO THE SUMMIT IS ON... 🕚🗻

Tomorrow (Day 6), the team will push higher to Barafu Camp (Base Camp). Once they arrive, the real mental and physical preparation begins. They will rest up, refuel, and check their gear, because tomorrow night is Summit Night!

Under a blanket of stars in the freezing African night, they will begin their final, ultimate push to Uhuru Peak—the roof of Africa.

🌟 **TEAM USA IS TAKING ON THE ROOF OF AFRICA!** 🌟

Let’s hear it for **Kristin, Kerry, and Evan**! Our three incredible adventurers arrived straight from the US and officially kicked off their epic **Summit 2 Safari Adventure** on Monday

They chose the stunning, scenic **8-Day Lemosho Route**, and they’ve been crushing it ever since! Over the last three days, they’ve trekked through spectacular rainforests and high moorlands, successfully making it through:

* **Big Tree Camp** 🌳
* **Shira 1 Camp** 🏔️
* **Moir Hut** ✨

**TODAY IS DAY 4: THE BIG TEST.** 🥾⛰️

Today is all about the classic tactic: *"Climb high, sleep low."* It’s **Acclimatisation Day**, and the team is currently pushing their limits as they aim for the formidable **Lava Tower at 4,630m (15,190 ft)**! This is a massive milestone and a true test of grit and altitude adaptation.

Once they’ve conquered the heights and caught their breath, they will descend into the beautiful **Barranco Camp** for a well-deserved rest.

Game on!!! Jaqueline & Neil have scaled Barranco, Karanga Camp done!! They are now at Barafu Camp!!! Next stop the Summit!!!

They will set off at around 11:30 GMT for the summit and all fingers crossed reached their goal for sunrise!! All those who have done this know this is the hardest night and you really need to dig deep!!!

Welcoming Jaqueline & Neil to Kilimanjaro- they have started their Kilimanjaro Adventure . They have completed 3 days of their Kilimanjaro trek via the Machame Route and are doing great.

Today despite the weather, they made it to Lava Tower at 4600m and have tested their altitude. Now they are in Barranco Camp and will tackle Barranco Wall in the morning. Great going guys!!

SHE SAID YES AT THE ROOF OF AFRICA! 💍🏔️

They’ve done it! At 5,895 meters, as the sun began to paint the African plains in gold, Hannah & Steve stood on the "Roof of Africa".

But reaching the summit wasn't the only milestone reached this morning!!! They chose to exchange rings at the very top of the continent! 🥂✨

From the dusty trails of the Machame Route to the literal peak of their journey, their bond has only grown stronger with every "Pole Pole" step. If they can conquer the trek to the summit together, they can conquer anything life throws their way.
