Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 have arranged to have our private taxi rank at Guernsey North Show & Battle of Flowers

Our taxis will load up from the main show entrance and we will have a taxi tent with our staff arranging taxis from 9pm till the end on both nights. While other taxis pick up from the main road in the one way system. Book with us and stay inside the whole site.

No night buses have been requested this year so we will have at least 4 taxis working each night. That ranges from our wheelchair taxis, 4, 6 and 8 seater taxis.

What a great check in we've had this morning.

From arriving to the terminal with thanks to Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 pre booked taxi that cost less than you may think at 09:00. Then Checked in with friendly staff from Islands Unlimited

09:06 went through to the Guernsey Harbours port security, nice and easy (less than an airport) but your bag still gets scanned.

09:15 sat down with a nice coffee from the new café and duty free shop by Brittany Ferries Condor Ferries

While this was all happening, a group of scouts was being kind enough to entertain us be playing music (very well) on the terminal piano.

So far the only downside is that there just is not enough seats inside the terminals departures at all. The States of Guernsey may need to look at this before Guernsey Airport VisitGuernsey Traffic and Highway Services

They say the West is Best, so enjoy the show with knowing how to get home. With no local bus services Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 has for the 2nd year stepped in to assist.

With ongoing support from West Show - West United Agricultural & Horticultural Society and our sister company Luxibus - 07839118988 we have night buses running from our onsite private taxi rank.

Both evenings, our staff will be manning the link desk. We will sell any left over bus tickets and also assist with taxis. However we highly recommend you to pre book as we have limited availability already.

For the 2nd year running with thanks to West Show - West United Agricultural & Horticultural Society by allowing us to work closely with them.

We are very happy to supply and support them with 2 nights buses.

We have staff on leave and have a busy end to June already planned.

Please remember to call us, but be mindful that we are busier than normal. Emails will only be checked a few times a day, due to our staff being reposition to "all on the road to ensure we keep you all moving"

What a bank holiday and 80th anniversary of our liberation.

We ran services all over the bank holiday and moved wheelchair passengers on Guernsey's liberation day itself. Our services was standard 4,6 and 8 seater taxis. 2 wheelchair tours, coach tours with private groups and also cruise liner work. We had bus parties out also.

We have spaces left for the tea party and hanger ball on 08/05/2025.

Liberation day on the 9th May, we have upto 3 drivers working. 2 wheelchair accessible taxis and 1 8 or 16 seater.

⚠️⚠️⚠️it's eggxcellent to see Easter so near, and seeing Guernsey coming back to life.

We would like to wish our customers, our families and our team of drivers a great Easter celebrations.

We do have drivers working all over the Easter period with our 4 & 6 seater taxis and our fleet of accessibility taxis & buses out all weekend.

We would recommend calling us soon to avoid disappointment when we're fully booked.

We're happy to say that's from Monday 7th April 2025, all of our company Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 taxis will be fitted with CCTV, CCTV helps us, other road users and passengers feel safer. We never download the CCTV, unless needed.

Stickers are inside our vehicles, and if you need any details on this, please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will address any questions or concerns.

Every service bus in Guernsey has them so about time we lead the road in taxis.

We have funded them ourselves and without Traffic and Highway Services The States of Guernsey funding.
