Our Story

The cottages were purchased in 2015 due to their prime location on the prettiest and most photographed street in St Ives. The properties were in a near derelict condition and sadly in need of lots of tender loving care.

We began demolition in early 2016 with a vision to transform the cottages into beautiful spaces where holiday makers could enjoy time out in luxury surroundings. Over a two-year period, we slowly and on occasions painfully, saw our initial concept transformed into reality with the creation of Iris, Wella and Juliot.

With the renovations completed in early 2018 we are delighted to offer visitors to St Ives the opportunity to relax in complete luxury and enjoy the stunning surroundings that our transformation team have created. We truly hope you live our dream…
