We are really delighted to part of this exciting educational programme led by The Norris Museum.

We're excited to be launching a new school visit opportunity for KS1 and KS2 children this summer term in partnership with the St Ives Electric Riverboat Co; CAMBS

This brand-new session, River Heroes, invites children to explore how they can become champions of their local river, the Great Ouse.

During this hands-on experience, students will:

🚮Discover the impact littering has on rivers and create their own ‘Ouse Monsters’ using clay and ‘river rubbish’ to add unique textures like scales or skin.
🐍Delve into the fascinating world of one of our most endangered species—the elusive eel!
🛥️Enjoy a memorable river trip with the St Ives Electric Boat Company.

This session will be available on select days from June through the end of the summer term, with additional dates at the start of the new school year in September.

We anticipate high demand, and so recommend getting in touch swiftly if this session is of interest.
