BA flight error - FYI

Yesterday, in error, BA sent out emails to customers to advise their flights had been cancelled, when in fact they hadn’t!!!

Their apology was too late for many that had booked online as they’d already panicked and rebooked their flights at extra cost with other airlines.

Luckily for my clients:

✅Our amazing Duty Office with their 24/7 Support were onhand assisting our customers before most shops/offices were open.

✅Contacted me immediately so that I could give them the correct advice

✅I rebooked if their flight was genuinely cancelled

✅Extra night added if required, covered by BA

That’s the true value of me as a professional agent, we do it for you so you don’t have the stress, worry and wasted time.
