A brain tumour. JJ’s remarkable journey.

On July 27th, 2022, life took an unexpected turn for JJ. He was having some issues on the golf course with his golf ball “disappearing”.

What started as a routine investigation by Specsavers led to a life-altering diagnosis: a brain tumour, astonishingly, the size of an orange.

For many, such news would be paralysing, but Jonathan’s story is one of incredible resilience and an inspiring recovery.

On 3rd August, he had a 14-hour operation lay ahead, a testament to the complexity of the tumour. It was a marathon of medical precision and a test of endurance for both Jonathan and his amazing surgical team at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

Today, Jonathan proudly shares his miraculous story . Nat says that he has got his sense of humour back, and are looking forward to the future.

Just came back from a perfect weekend break for my Mrs birthday. From the balloons and extra touches everything about this place was absolutely perfect. The hot tub looking over the lake was just breathtaking, the perfect place for a relaxing break away. Had the pleasure of meeting Nat & JJ and their two lovely dogs. What lovely people you both are it was honestly a pleasure. We wish you nothing but success for the future and we will definitely be returning again.
