Our penultimate tour of 2026 and our guests from Mexico left John with this wonderful digital thank you note! We've chopped out the glowing reference to spare his blushes. Even after eleven years of touring Scotland, we find new places to share with our guests. We had a wonderful private tour of Bowhill House followed by a tasty lunch in the courtyard cafe where John and his two guests had the place to themselves as this was not a day for public viewings! When someone in the bird hide asks the Ranger "what's the bird over there?" And he peeks through the telescope before replying "It's an Osprey!" That's the time to get excited! A first for both of us and a successful breeding season at Loch of the Lowes Visitor Centre and Wildlife Reserve
