For a lot of travelers, that usually means standing in a queue two hundred people deep, sitting on hold for hours, or frantically trying to rearrange transfers on a phone.
When you book through me, it works a bit differently.
They say behind every smooth holiday is someone quietly managing the chaos. That someone is me.
Changes can happen before you even leave home or while you're en route, but more often than not, I’ve actually resolved the issue before you even know there is one. Thanks to my background in travel operations and a lifetime spent working behind the scenes in the industry, there really isn't much I haven't seen or handled before.
If something does change, I’m usually the one reaching out to tell you about it, but I'll be messaging you with the solution already in place. Instead of stressing, you can just go grab a coffee while I sort the details.
Travel doesn't always go strictly to plan, but having someone in your corner who knows the industry inside out means you never have to deal with it alone.
