We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Administrator to support our busy Payments Team. If you enjoy working with numbers, love a well-organised spreadsheet, and thrive in a supportive office environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our supplier payments running smoothly while also helping manage incoming queries from members across the UK. No two days are the same — and your contribution will make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Recording supplier payments using our in-house systems
✔ Liaising with suppliers and responding to member enquiries
✔ Managing calls, emails, and support tickets
✔ Working extensively with Excel to maintain accurate records
✔ Checking bank balances to ensure payments can be released
✔ Providing general office administrative support
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Excel and other IT systems
• Able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders

• Part-time (22.5 hours), office-based role
• Wednesday to Friday working pattern
• Based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent
• 6-month temporary contract with potential to extend
