New Zumba class timetable at The Studio at The Barn, Walshes Farm Caravan Park in Stourport.

Are you struggling with exhaustion, lack of energy, are struggling to lose weight, struggle to sleep or have stiff and sore joints due to peri-menopause or post-menopause? Then I know EXACTLY how you feel.

I was the same. And then I discovered Zumba Fitness and it was a game changer!

My energy levels are higher than they have been in years, I sleep much better, I have more flexibility and I have lost over a stone so far.

This is the main reason I trained and got my Zumba Instructors licence – to bring these classes to the lovely people of Stourport and the surrounding areas in the hope they might benefit too.

These classes also great for anyone who hates the gym or typical gym classes. Or if you are at all body conscious.

The classes are small with like-minded ladies attending. Everyone is friendly and we have great fun. The routines are dance-based and even if you have 2 left feet it doesn’t matter. You work at your own pace and as hard as you want to. They can even be ramped up if you want to work a little harder with fitness variations. And remember, there are no wrong steps in Zumba.

Another great night with Tee Fitness in The Studio at The Barn! Surely we can get a few more people from Walshes Farm Caravan Park getting involved on a Thursday night?? 😀

Some of my amazing, gorgeous ladies from the 6.30pm Zumba Class The Studio at The Barn, Walshes Farm Caravan Park. This is a fabulous group - all so friendly and welcoming.

Places available in my Thursday night Beginners Zumba Classes at The Studio at The Barn, Walshes Farm Caravan Park in Stouport.

6.30pm (only a couple of spaces) and 7.30pm.

£5 per person (pay cash or card on the night)

These classes are tailored to YOU - your fitness level and ability. Age is no barrier. The class is great if you want to lose weight.

The classes are small and everyone is lovely😍😍
