It’s taken me a couple of days to process this properly but on Thursday night at the first ever travel awards at The Geordie Ball I won the Excellence in Customer Service award. I am immensely proud of this award which comes as I enter my 30th year in the industry. I try to ensure my customers holidays go without a hitch but sometimes in Greece, that isn’t always easy. So when problems do arise to have someone there, such as myself, who knows the ins and outs of how it all works, to help resolve any issues can be a godsend. I take pride in every holiday I sell and I take great delight when my customers let me know they have a good time.
