👀Tomnaverie Recumbent Stone Circle, Tarland

Aberdeenshire is lucky enough to have almost 150 stone circles. Dating from between 2700 to 2000 BC, with their exact purpose and meaning still unclear. They are pretty magical places and definitely worth a visit.

Tomnaverie Stone circle is a 20 minute drive away just on the outskirts of Tarland.
