Now accepting bookings for both chalets for 2025.
This includes our newly refurbed chalet 74! The site closes for Jan & Feb re opens March 2025. Well behaved doggy guests welcome until July & August and then it's best to just bring yourselves and the kids and enjoy your beach holiday by the glorious Caswell Bay as a dog ban is in place and we don't like having dogs left alone in the chalets.
Did you know that there is a great golf course right next door???
Yes, some roads are reduced to 20mph in Wales but it isn't a problem. There is no visitor tax just a warm Welsh welcome, beautiful surroundings, a pretty, unspoilt chalet park, a charming village nearby and bustling Swansea City just up the road.

Our very popular chalet 74 (Ty Coed) is now closed for some serious renovations!. We're very excited to tell you that it's being extended to give a bigger double bedroom. The kitchen will be a better layout and a lot more space in the lounge/diner. The outer cladding is being replaced and its having a posh new roof. New glass frontage will complete the look. Insulation is a serious matter in these little chalets so lots of this good stuff will be packed into the walls. With new insulation, we will be happy to take bookings from March, when our next season starts right through until December 2025. The chalet should stay warm dry and cosy in even the coldest or wettest of weathers Watch out for more information as we go through the building work

Great news that the Chalets will now be open for 10 months of the year so guests can stay in November and December. Not sure if we'll be open for Christmas yet but deffo a few days between Christmas and New Year to blow the cobwebs away and walk off the christmas pud !😁😁
